Personal center
The personal center brings together information, credentials, subscriptions, applications and AI service entries related to the current logged-in user. The left side of the page is navigation grouped by business area, and the right side shows the specific content.
Navigation structure
| Group | Menu | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Basic profile | Personal information | Account information, resource statistics, shortcuts |
| Access control | Credentials | Create and manage AppKey / AppSecret |
| AI service management | MCP management / AI call logs | Agent access and AI call records |
| Subscription management | My subscriptions, Subscription management | View subscribed APIs and process subscriptions |
| Subscription approval | My applications, My approvals | Submit and withdraw applications, and approve other users' applications |
Page paths all follow /account/*, for example /account/profile, /account/appkey and /account/my-subscription.
Personal information
Personal center → Personal information shows:
- User ID, login account, department and registration time.
- Email and mobile phone number; they are masked when displayed and show a placeholder when not set.
- Resource statistics: number of open APIs (published/in development), data sources, credentials (enabled count), subscriptions, applications in progress and pending approvals.
- Shortcuts: create an API, connect a data source, create a credential, view subscriptions, etc.
Personal information is based on the current account; to change account information, contact an administrator or go to user management.
Message center
The message center receives platform notifications, for example:
- API subscription application notifications.
- Approval result notifications.
- Subscription expiration reminders.
- System announcements and alert notifications (depending on configuration).
The message bell in the top navigation shows the unread count; click it to open the message list. Messages are isolated by current user, and read status is stored on the server.
Notifications are sent 7, 3 and 1 day before a subscription expires. The number of reminder days can be overridden by the system parameter subscription.remind.days.
Change password
Personal center → Change password, or Change password in the user menu.
| Field | Rule |
|---|---|
| Current password | Required; must match the current password |
| New password | Required; must be longer than 6 characters |
| Confirm password | Must match the new password |
After a successful change, it is recommended to log in again so that all sessions use the new token. If you forget your password, a super administrator must reset it in user management; the default password after reset is the username.
Credential entry
Personal center → Credentials is used to create, edit, disable and delete calling credentials, and to view authorized APIs and MCP configuration.
- A credential's
AppSecretis shown only when it is created or reset; save it promptly. - The credential scope determines whether it can access project-level or API-level ranges.
- After MCP is enabled, the credential can be connected to AI clients as an MCP Server.
See Credentials for details.
Subscriptions and applications
| Menu | Purpose |
|---|---|
| My subscriptions | View the validity period, remaining days and today's usage of active subscriptions; view call statistics or unsubscribe |
| Subscription management | Manage subscription records received for APIs you published |
| My applications | View application status, approval results and validity period; withdraw unapproved applications |
| My approvals | Approve other users' applications for APIs you published; approve, reject or terminate authorization |
After an application is approved, it can be viewed in My subscriptions; approvers can modify the daily call quota of an application during approval.
See Subscriptions and approval for details.
AI service management
| Menu | Purpose |
|---|---|
| MCP management | Create agents, bind tools, reset API Keys and view MCP configuration (corresponding route /account/agent) |
| AI call logs | View questions, SQL, tokens, status and elapsed time of the AI assistant and data queries |
The data scope of an agent equals that of its creator; tools for which the creator lacks menu permission are not exposed to the agent.
See Agent management and AI call logs for details.
Personal information and data permissions
The statistics and lists shown in the personal center are constrained by the current project and data permissions:
- After switching projects, the statistics in personal information change accordingly.
- Regular users only see statistics for APIs, data sources and credentials they created.
- The super administrator can view platform-level data, but the API list is still filtered by the current project.
